Introducing What’s NEW in Window Coverings from Graber Blinds

by: Cyndi Roberts, Owner/Designer

Every year the window covering industry vendors push the envelope of their products to provide the public with new fresh options. This year Graber has brought us the Sorenta soft horizontal. It mixes the look of a Faux wood blind and a soft fabric covering. The shade has 2 innovative valance options for the top of the blind as well.

Graber reminds us that “classic blinds have evolved. With beauty that belies their simplicity, Sorenta Soft Horizontal Blinds are supple, whisper-quiet, and virtually maintenance-free. Extremely lightweight, these blinds can be raised and lowered with ease. Forgiving, flexible slats bend with you, then gently bounce back into position.”  Most 2″ slatted faux or wood blinds can be very heavy and hard to pull up, thus precluding clients from lifting for a more clear view of their exterior.

We love that the “Sorenta’s fabric slats are also durable and resilient. Moisture resistant, they are a perfect addition to high-humidity rooms like kitchens, laundry rooms, and bathrooms.” The soft shades can be easily cleaned with a dust buster or spot cleaned if need be.

When these blinds are fully open, the “Sorenta Soft Horizontal Blinds allow the sunshine to stream into your room. Tilted closed, they grant full privacy while bathing your space in diffused daylight.”

Graber has proven that soft shades don’t have to be boring. The Sorenta soft shade also has many interesting colors that can add a pop to any mundane room.  They are a great option under drapery or can stand alone.  There are light-filtering and room-dimming options as well for any room of the house.

The best way to see this innovative new window covering is to schedule an appointment today. We have a sample on display with all the color options in our showroom.
