Did You Know?
On May 1, 2024, the Window Coverings Manufacturing Association (WCMA) made significant safety changes to the industry. All window coverings have moved to cordless, continuous cord, wand or power operation. With these new changes, all vendors in the industry will no longer be able to repair existing corded blinds or shades. If the shade can not be repaired by an independent company like the one mentioned below, these items will need to be replaced.

In the event that your window covering cannot be repaired, we would be
DELIGHTED to have you return to Blinded By Delight so we can set up a complimentary no-pressure appointment to assist with the purchase of new window coverings.
Previous Clients
For a period of one year after Blinded By Delight window coverings are installed, there is no charge for us to facilitate any repair needs. After that time, there is a service charge to cover our time for order research, troubleshooting, and the repair of your window coverings. Our fees start at $125.00. The cost of repair parts, shipping, and additional service travel can result in other charges that you will be informed about before proceeding with your repair.
